ASP Legal can assist with Deceased Estate and Probate matters by:

• Dividing the assets of the deceased person pursuant to their will;

• Applying for Probate - This is the filing of documents in the Supreme Court in an application for Probate. When real estate, shares, superannuation interests and reasonable amounts are held in bank accounts, it is necessary to apply for Probate in the Supreme Court to be able to deal with and access the value of the assets of the deceased. Where there is no will - Letters of Administration are filed in the Supreme Court. Documentation is prepared to enable the division of the assets of the deceased in accordance with the law.
